MONDAY TAROT MESSAGE FROM THE MUSE, 10/31/22.
Theme, Strength. This Major Arcana card is not about outer muscular strength, but rather about inner strength, fortitude. And certainly, to be a creative in any way requires an inner fortitude in order to face rejections, criticisms, critiques and more. But this week, whatever your obstacle, fear, or more, instead of trying to aggressively push your way through, try accessing your inner fortitude. Use compassion and patience to meet creative challenges. Try a light touch.
Focus, King of Wands. Wands is the element of Fire in the realm of spirit, creativity, career and work. The King is the master of the element, the CEO. How are you the CEO of the spirit of your creative work? How do you honor its sacred dimension? How do you get the big picture of your creative work and then use it in service to your realm? Are you willing to take bold action?
Action, 8 of Cups. Cups is the element of Water in the realm of heart, emotions, dreams, intuition, and creativity. Eight is a number of movement (or lack thereof) towards a goal. It’s time to walk away from the past, whether relationships or projects related to your creative work. The project that challenged you and that you met with compassion and patience has inspired a new vision, a new creative idea that requires you let go of what is no longer working for you. Compassion and patience help you move forward with courage.
Gift, Knight of Swords. Swords is the element of Air in the realm of mind, thoughts, attitudes, beliefs, and communication. The Knight is the champion for the realm, the one with the training and equipment to serve and protect. This knight encourages communication about your work with a wider audience. Whether you or someone in your circle, now is the time to get the word out with energy and confidence…and a bit of planninng.
