Nine is a number of intensity of the suit, what you feel as you near completion of a project or stage. As you create your plan, are you prepared to persevere through any challenges that arise? Are you open to inspiration and adventure that might arise with your plan? Do you feel a sense of excitement with the plan and possibly its new direction?
