Seven represents a time of evaluation and planning, here one of how to bring a project (the crop) to completion. This week, be aware of moments or periods when it is time to step back and assess progress of your creative project in order to ensure a satisfying harvest. Discern what else needs to be done. It’s not done yet so you aren’t either.
Focus, 8 of Swords. Swords is the element of Air in the realm of mind, thoughts, attitudes, beliefs and communication. Eight is a point where things are in motion and thought can become reality. How can you free yourself this week from thoughts that limit you and make your doubt yourself and your work? What do you need to see or look at in order to transform from helpless victim to one who initiates and takes action?
Action, 4 of Cups. Cups is the element of Water in the realm of heart, emotions, dreams, intuition and creativity. Four is a number of stability, something that helps with conflicts and/or challenges ahead. This card re-echoes the need for contemplation, especially in regard to a new idea or creative project. Evaluate its potential and where it fits into your vision for your work before taking it on. Then, be sure to finish what you are already working on before moving further with this new idea.
Gift, The Fool. When you assess your progress, then free yourself from limiting beliefs and victim mindset, and receive and evaluate the new idea, then you are ready to receive the gift of starting a new creative journey, with the innocence and instinct of the Fool, with their joy and optimism, with the excitement of new possibilities.
