MONDAY TAROT MESSAGE FROM THE MUSE, 4/13/2026

Theme, 6 of Swords. Swords is the element of Air in the realm of mind, thoughts, attitudes, beliefs, and communications. Six is a number of relationships, harmony, generosity, service. This week, consider creating a team that can help you move forward with your creative work and career. Hold to your vision but instead of going it alone, travel forward with others. And don’t let fears and doubts hold you back.
Focus, Queen of Swords. The Queen is the mistress of the element, in this case, it’s Air again. Here the Queen asks, “Are you committed to communicating clearly and honestly, both in your creative work and, with others, about your work?” Do you need more perspective on your work? Are you diminishing your work with your words instead of expressing the truth of it? Can you assume the authority of the Queen and communicate about your ideas and work with that authority? Are you clearly communicating with those who are supporting your creative journey?
Action, 9 of Swords. Swords in Air yet a third time, so it’s very much about the mind and the necessity to use it wisely. Nine is a number of intensity, of approaching the end of a stage or phase. This week, it’s time to face whatever is haunting you about your work, waking you up at night. Remember that a nightmare is often an unfinished dream, so allow yourself to face what wakes you at night about your work. What do you need to see clearly without obsessing over it? Are you keeping your eyes on your creative vision in order to help your team steer things in the right direction?
Gift, 7 of Cups. Cups is the element of Water in the realm of heart, emotions, dreams, intuition, and creativity. Seven is a number of action or the contemplation of it. Here, there are seven cups offering different creative options as gifts. They are all wonderful possibilities but are they all meant for you in this moment? The way to truly receive this gift is to be aware of the abundance of ideas, possibilities, and directions for your creativity and then choose the one or several that are best for you, your work, and those who support and help you at this time.
