This week, it’s time to push through obstacles and challenges to explore new creative paths for your work, and to open to adventures and new experiences. Don’t wait for opportunity to come to you, get out there and find it, create it.
Focus, The Star. This Major Arcana card illuminates your creative work and path. What is it you dream of for your work and current project? Does the vision intimidate you so that you avoid it? The Star encourages you to dream big but are you listening? Do you need to layout a plan, a map for your next creative project or journey, with the Star as your guide?
Action, 5 of Cups. Cups is the element of Water in the realm of heart, emotions, dreams, intuition, and creativity. Five, of course, is the point of challenge and conflict. It’s time to stop fretting and/or grieving over what didn’t happen, didn’t work. Instead, take the lessons learned from those experiences and establish new priorities for yourself and your creative work. Even though cups have fallen and spilled around the figure, two more sit upright in front of her, telling you that, yes, inspiration and opportunities are still available to you.
Gift, The Heirophant. Another Major Arcana card, this one in the position of gift, offers you learning and guidance for your creative work couched in the past and tradition of that creative field. Someone in your circle has the knowledge and experience that will help you move forward into new creative territory and adventures with a deeper awareness of your art or craft.
